Using Watchdog
Watchdog is a research and workflow product built from public records plus clearly labeled derived intelligence. It is not a substitute for the authoritative agency record or professional judgment.
Public records and derived intelligence
Government records can contain errors, omissions, reporting delays and later corrections. Watchdog-derived scores, estimates, rankings and signals are analytical outputs, not government findings, appraisals, legal opinions, lending decisions or guarantees. Material decisions should be verified against the linked authoritative source.
Subscriptions
Paid plans provide the capabilities and usage levels shown at checkout. Subscriptions recur on the cadence presented at checkout until canceled. The Stripe Customer Portal is the self-service system for supported payment-method, invoice, plan and cancellation actions. Team agreements may use separate commercial terms.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful property research and professional workflows within your plan. You may not bypass access controls, resell credentials, scrape around documented limits, reconstruct intentionally redacted personal information, interfere with service security, or represent Watchdog output as an official government record.
Prohibited eligibility decisions
Do not use Watchdog as a consumer report or for credit, employment, tenant-screening, insurance-eligibility or similar regulated eligibility decisions. Professional users remain responsible for the laws, licensing rules and standards governing their own work.
Availability and changes
Sources, formulas and product capabilities evolve. Material formula/source changes are versioned. A source outage may temporarily reduce or neutralize a derived signal rather than silently substitute unsupported data.
